If you like what TELAV is doing, and has accomplished over the decades, then please join us as a member and donate to the cause. TELAV has protected the Little Applegate from numerous plans to desecrate the diverse forests, clean waters and scenic mountains that make our valley the place you chose to establish your life, or decided not to leave. From preventing a dam on the Little Applegate River below Yale Creek to stopping several timber sales that would have clearcut the ridges across from Buncom and across from the Sterling Mine Ditch Trail on BLM lands, and Wagner Butte and Big Red Mountain on Forest Service land, TELAV has worked hard to keep the Little Applegate as wild and beautiful as it still is.
TELAV's all-volunteer staff can use your donations to meet expenses for outreach and education, for coordinating member activities, and for lobbying federal officials and elected representatives at all levels. TELAV can use your help in our activist activities and community activities such as performing litter pick-up along Little Applegate Rd. above Buncom. And you might want to join us on one of our hikes to special places, including the Beyond the Trails hikes into the most remote places.To join TELAV, just email telav@deepwild.org and include your info; we'll put you on the email list.
